Mini Crochet Stroller Blanket

i finished and blocked this little blankie, then completely lost track of where it was for months.

i guess it’s one of the hardships of working with dollhouse miniatures, particularly if you have a large craft room but not enough minis to have a designated space for them yet.

it’s about 3 x 4 inches.

Miniature Crochet

i’ve enjoyed crocheting jewelry with my skinny little steel hooks, but this is the first dollhouse-scale project i’ve embarked upon.

single-strand embroidery floss with 1.6 mm hook.

finished size of this stroller blanket will be about 4×5 inches. am i nuts? it’s actually going better than i anticipated…

Mini Oak Table

a couple of little tables made from oak scraps. tabletop is 2″ x 4″ and coated with a polyurethane seal.

the legs are thick and burly for the table’s size, because i just threw together some scraps found in the garage.

this is the first dollhouse miniature item i’ve made in my adult life. hopefully soon there will be more to come (i really want to make myself a roombox), but right now i feel like i have more hobbies than time allows.
